My homestead on the internet

Many people describe their websites as their “corner of the internet” or “home on the internet”. These are great descriptions but I love the idea of having a homestead on the internet.

To me it conveys a few things:

1. Ownership
2. Warmth and comfort
3. Regular care and attention
4. Longevity
