Fibre is easy, actually

On Facebook today I saw an ad for a fibre supplement that claimed the following:

Things you’d need to eat to hit your daily fibre target from one source:
🍠 Sweet potatoes (skin on): 8
🍌 Bananas: 10
🍏 Apples: 8
🧅 Onions: 20
🥑 Avocados: 3
🫐 Blueberries: 8x cups
🥄 Chia seeds: 6x table spoons
🫘 Lentils: 2 cups (400g)
🍞 Wholemeal bread: 15 slices

What seems laughable about this ad is how they try and make it out to be so difficult to get your daily fibre when in fact the below will net you over the daily intake:

1 Sweet Potato (3.75g)
1 Banana (3g)
1 Apple (3.75g)
1 Onion (1.5g)
1 Avocado (10g)
1 cup Blueberries (3.75g)
1 tbsp Chia Seed (5g)

That looks pretty easy to me!
